Jonathan Daigle is Director of Government and Public Affairs for Newgrange Consulting Group. He brings more than a decade of government, public policy and political experience to the firm having served as a staffer in the Massachusetts Legislature, as a political consultant and as a local elected official.

Prior to joining Newgrange in 2009, Mr. Daigle was Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor to State Senator Richard T. Moore. In this capacity, he served as the Senator’s chief policy, communications and political advisor. He was responsible for managing all aspects of the office including the development of policy, communications and political strategies in order to promote and accomplish the Senator’s annual legislative agenda. He also served as the Senator’s primary liaison with federal, state and local government leaders. 

Before his appointment as Chief of Staff, Mr. Daigle held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility within the Senator’s office including Legislative Aide, Director of Special Projects and Senior Policy Advisor. Prior to joining Senator Moore’s staff, he worked as a Legislative Aide to Massachusetts State Representative Paul Kujawski.

In addition to his work with the Massachusetts General Court, Mr. Daigle was an elected member of his hometown’s school committee where he chaired the Negotiations and Budget Subcommittees and later served as the committee’s vice chairman and chairman. 

Mr. Daigle has also worked as a senior advisor on numerous political campaigns at the local, state and national level. He is a graduate of The Catholic University of America.
