| The founders and staff of the Newgrange Consulting Group all began and/or spent significant time in their professional careers in the grassroots organizing and political communications and campaign worlds electing candidates, running political conventions, and managing referendum campaigns. In fact, the firm had its beginning as a political consulting firm (quite successfully) before branching out into
complementary fields.
In addition and as a means of further strengthening and rounding out our team of professionals, we went out, identified, and hired individuals with
complementary corporate skill sets which might have been missing from our original team which in turn strengthened the skill sets that existed – things like creative design of direct mail; media savvy communications professionals; public advocates who had successfully lobbied the legislature; and real estate permitting and zoning experts.
